Refund policy

At Tesoro del Olivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we have established the following policy:

 

• Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return, provided that the product is in perfect condition, unopened and in its original packaging. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

• For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or tampered with bottles.

 

• The order will be refunded in full, EXCEPT for the shipping costs to our warehouses, which are NOT refundable.

 

• If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement order.

 

• To request a return, please contact us at info@tesorodelolivo.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.

 

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving and checking the product.
